In samenwerking met Buurtcomité Stalau organiseren we hierover een dialoogbijeenkomst. \nBen je bewoner van de buurt? Of wil je er graag wonen? Ben je als professional of ambtenaar betrokken bij het reilen en zeilen van de wijk? Of heb je gewoon interesse in dit thema? Dan ben je van harte welkom om aan te sluiten bij deze bijeenkomst in Buurtcentrum de Leeuw. SUMMARY:Bijeenkomst Inclusieve Democratie
DESCRIPTION:De gemeenteraadsverkiezingen komen er aan. Wil jij  hierover in je wijk op een andere manier met elkaar in gesprek? Een gesprek waar iedereen welkom is\, dat kijkt naar gemeenschappelijke wensen en kansen in plaats van tegenstrijdige meningen? \nIn 2022 willen we experimenteren met de dialoog als democratisch instrument. Om verschillende perspectieven bij elkaar te brengen\, om het praten over beleid en politiek breed toegankelijk te maken\, en om samen vorm te geven aan het Utrecht van de toekomst. \nEn daar zoeken we partners voor. Mensen en organisaties die hier graag aan bijdragen. De opbrengst van al deze gesprekken brengen we samen in een ‘product’ (kunstwerk\, publicatie\, …) dat wij\, met alle partners die hebben bijgedragen\, in het najaar overhandigen aan de gemeenteraad. Het doel is ook dat uit de collectief geformuleerde wensen nieuwe initiatieven\, verbindingen en manieren van doen ontstaan binnen de wijken. \nNaar een inclusieve wijkdemocratie\nIn deze bijeenkomst\, begeleid door ervaren trainer Francisca Frenks\, staan we stil bij de rol van dialogen in democratische vernieuwing\, het samenspel tussen bewoners(initiatieven)\, wijk coöperaties\, sociaal ondernemers\, zorg\, onderwijs\, welzijn en overheid. Het is ook een bijeenkomst waar we al concrete plannen  maken met elkaar. \nWe gaan in op de volgende vragen: \n\nOp welke manier en over welke vraagstukken kunnen we beter samenwerken?\nWat kan de waarderende dialoog hierin betekenen?\nHoe zorgen we dat meepraten en meedoen toegankelijk is en aanspreekt?\nOp welke manieren kunnen burgers politieke invloed hebben? Hoe gaan we de resultaten van de dialogen delen en met wie?\n\nDe verdiepingsworkshops is bedoeld voor bewoners en organisaties die sterke gemeenschappen willen bouwen\, met hun droom voor de wijk/buurt aan de slag willen/gaan\, of het meepraten over politiek toegankelijker en inclusiever willen maken. We werken en leren volgens de principes van de waarderende wijkdialoog op basis van eigen praktijkervaringen. We leren van wat wel werkt\, laten ons verrassen door verschillende perspectieven\, en maken plannen met elkaar. \nProgramma\n19:00 Welkom en kennismaking\n19:30 Introductie Inclusieve democratie\n20:00 Ervaringen delen uit verschillende wijken\n20:30 Aan de slag: ontwerpen\, voorbereiden\, stappenplan\, vormgeven (in groepen)\n21:30 Opbrengsten delen en vervolgstappen\n22:00 Afsluiting \nSterke gemeenschappen bouwen\nOp verschillende steden\, wijken\, buurten en dorpen bouwen mensen sterke gemeenschappen met zorg voor elkaar\, meer zeggenschap en eigenaarschap van wijkbewoners. In buurthuizen\, dagopvang\, voedseltuinen\, praktisch hulp\, ontmoeting\, zorg\, werken\, leren\, wijkinformatie\, zingeving en meer. \nIn Utrecht bouwen we al lerend met elkaar aan sterke gemeenschappen in wijkdialogen met verschillende doelen en op verschillende niveau’s. Zo organiseren we bijvoorbeeld wijkdialogen in Noordoost\, Oost\, Lunetten en Leidsche Rijn. \nOver de trainer\nFrancisca Frenks is expert in online samenwerken en online dialoog sinds 2008. Ze ontwerpt\, faciliteert en host online en interactieve programma’s en online dialogen met klanten. Ze geeft workshops en trainingen op dit gebied. Ze experimenteert graag met online vormen van burgerparticipatie en is goed in het begeleiden van online groepsprocessen. In this light-hearted dialogue series Meet & Stroll\, you will meet different people from the neighborhood and discover new places as we walk together! \nNew in town\nIn this edition of the dialogue series Meet & Stroll\, we reflect on the kind of relocation to a new country\, city\, village or neighborhood. Is it difficult to move to a new place? Do you sometimes feel lonely? Is it exciting to start from scratch somewhere? Can you easily meet new people and neighbors? How do you make new friends?
