DESCRIPTION:Na de inval in Oekraïne heeft PAX op de startzaterdag van de Vredesweek in 2022 de eerste Stiltekring op het Domplein georganiseerd\, in samenwerking met de Domkerk als Ambassade van Vrede.\n \n\nDe jaren daarna heeft de Domkerk op de startzaterdagen van de Vredesweek een Stiltekring op het Domplein gehouden. \nDit jaar bundelen PAX\, de Domkerk en Utrecht in Dialoog hun krachten voor een gezamenlijk programma! \nWe starten met een Stiltekring\, daarna is er een gezamenlijke lunch. Vervolgens gaan we al wandelend met elkaar in gesprek tijdens een wandeldialoog over het thema ‘Vrede vraagt om actie\, wat doe jij?’. DESCRIPTION:Wat betekent ‘ruimte nemen en geven’ voor jou? Tijdens de Nacht van de Vrede ontdekken we het samen. Op 24 september organiseren PAX\, Utrecht in Dialoog en de Kargadoor een verbindende vredesdialoog over dit thema. Wat is ruimte eigenlijk? Wanneer heb jij voor het laatst ervaren dat je ruimte kreeg? Hoe was dat? Hoe voel je je in een ruimte? En wat bepaalt of je ruimte in kan nemen\, of juist niet? Wat vinden we belangrijk bij het verdelen van ruimte? Op deze vragen en andere gaan we in\, tijdens een dialoog. Deze wordt begeleid door een getrainde begeleider van Utrecht in Dialoog.  \nWe starten in de Kargadoor met een korte inspiratie over het onderwerp\, en verdelen ons daarna in groepen om de dialoog te starten. Niet luisteren om te reageren\, maar om te begrijpen. Dit geeft verbondenheid en nieuwe inzichten. We ontmoeten elkaar met een oprechte nieuwsgierigheid naar hoe iemand ergens naar kijkt. We delen ervaringen\, dromen en mogelijkheden. In een dialoog ga je werkelijk met elkaar in gesprek. Iedereen komt aan bod en er wordt echt naar je geluisterd. Er staat altijd een thema centraal. Door het delen van ervaringen\, ontdek je samen wat werkt en waar het wezenlijk om draait. Je spreekt voor jezelf\, denkt niet voor een ander en geeft geen advies. In dialoog zie je andere betekenissen en kom je tot nieuwe inzichten. Belangrijke principes bij zo’n dialoog zijn: Luisteren met aandacht\, het waarderen van verschillen en uitstellen van je eigen oordelen. DESCRIPTION:On May 9th\, Europe Day\, we will commemorate Europe. The Europe project will complete 70 years this year\, and we ask\, what does Europe mean 70 years later? In an online dialogue\, we will share our experiences with Europe\, what is important to us\, and how we can move forward with it\, and what can we do? Everyone is welcome! You can register via the red button and let us know if you need help logging into Zoom. \nWe welcome people without prior experience with Zoom or online dialogues to join 30 mins earlier. \n  \n \n70 Years of Europe as a Peace Project\nOn May 9\, 2020 we will commemorate 70 years of Europe\, which started in 1950 with the Schuman Declaration for Peace in Europe. The fall of the wall in 1989 surprised many and gave hope. In 2020\, the Europe project will be on edge due to a worldwide Coronavirus crisis. What about 70 years later with the values of Europe: Democracy\, Human Rights and Independent Justice? Are we able to work in Europe on the major challenges of our time: the Corona crisis\, the health crisis\, the climate crisis\, migration\, and the growing poverty / wealth contradictions? What is at stake? Democracy\, Human Rights\, Independent Justice\, Health\, Solidarity? And what future are we going to work on? On which topics have we managed to work together in Europe on the major challenges of our time: the health crisis\, the climate crisis\, migration\, poverty and inequality? What are the similarities and differences between our experiences and stories? What makes the European cooperation worthwhile for you? What values are at stake? Democracy\, Human Rights\, Independent Justice\, Health\, Solidarity? What future do we see for Europe\, how can we work together\, and what do we need for this? \nRobert Schuman said: “The European collaboration and integration shall not and cannot become an economic and technical enterprise: it needs a soul\, the knowledge of its historical roots and of its responsibilities\, in the past and in the future\, and a political willingness that serves that same ideal.” \nHow does an online dialogue work?\n\nA dialogue is a conversation\, where people talk to each other about experiences\, visions and possible actions for change. Characteristics of such a dialogue is that you listen attentively to each other with curiosity an an open heart without judging or trying to convince the others. Through dialogue\, you seek deeper insights to better understand each other. This way of conducting a conversation takes place in small groups of 6 to a maximum of 8 participants\, with a trained dialogue facilitator.
